The CAATE has revised the instructions for Table A4a (Clinical Instruction Site Table) as follows:
Check ALL categories to the right of each site listed that best describes that site,
and be sure to include the site(s) where General Medical experience(s) are provided
Programs scheduled for a comprehensive review, including a site visit, during academic year 2010-2011 are required to use this revised Table A4a posted on the CAATE website.

The CAATE has revised Table D3 (Therapeutic Modality and Rehabilitation Equipment) by removing “Pool Access.”

The CAATE has revised Table B3.6a Medial & Other Health Care Personnel for clarification. The revised table must be used for 09-10 AR and 2010-11 accreditation cycle.

Please be advised that the CAATE self-study instructions and all related form currently posted on the website (as of 9-14 -07) reflect the 4 th edition NATA Educational Competencies.   All programs submitting a self-study for the 2008 2009 academic year (i.e. June or September 2008) must download the current self-study documents for use in their self-study.  Programs are encouraged to review the file entitled “Public Notice of Change” for a list of the changes made to the former documents.

Programs MUST download and use all files listed above for their self study.
