Quality Assurance

The CAATE is striving to improve the site visit process and increase the quality of its site visits. An integral part of our quality assurance process is obtaining valid feedback from all individuals (peer, program, and review team) involved in the site visit process. An independent contractor has been hired by the CAATE to conduct a brief phone survey with the program’s administrator about their recent site visit experience and summarize all evaluations regarding the site visitors. After all evaluations are submitted, the consultant will summarize the information and send a feedback form to each site visitor regarding his/her performance. Cumulative data will also be collected and sent to all site visitors in mid-April. This will allow the site visitor to see his/her status compared to other site visitors.
