CAATE Unveils a New Identity at NATA 2019

After unveiling our new identity at the NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo, in Las Vegas, and sharing our excitement with thousands of athletic training professionals, we are embarking on a series of ambitious projects to better position the CAATE for the future and deliver value to our stakeholders. A new website is planned for late 2019 and an overhaul of our Site Visitor Training is already underway.

CAATE President LesLee Taylor says “the launch of our new brand identity is a piece of a larger project and an effort to position our organization for the future. As the CAATE evolves, we always strive to better serve our stakeholders. Prior to launching our new logo, we conducted a thorough and inclusive research process and sought the input of many stakeholders from program directors, to Deans and athletic training students, we wanted to hear different perspectives. We are extremely fortunate to have so many people willing to participate in this process and share their insights with us.”

I know that a new website will vastly enhance the experience of our stakeholders, from program directors to students and parents. Additional opportunities for involvement will be available as we move forward with the website restructuring and continued marketing efforts.”

CAATE’s new logo offers a fresh perspective on the organization and reflects our values and strategic thinking. The hexagon invokes the idea of collaboration and support, while the colors offer a balance between the confidence and depth of the blue tones and the energy and passion coming from the red hue.

Omaha-based E Creative Design Group developed the new identity and conducted the brand research.
