Five New Commissioners to Join the CAATE

The CAATE is excited to announce that five new volunteers will join our Board of Commissioners, beginning their three-year terms on September 23, 2023.

“We are thrilled to welcome five new Commissioners as we continue to advance clinical practice and improve health care outcomes through the promotion of excellence with both professional athletic training education and with our Residency and Fellowship programs. These new Commissioners bring a wealth of knowledge and experience as we look to the future,” said CAATE President-Elect Toni Torres-McGehee, PhD, SCAT, ATC.

The new commissioners are:

	Marjorie J. Albohm, MS, AT; Commissioner; Former Director of Clinical Research and Fellowships, Ossur Americas (Retired)
	Darla Spence Coffey, PhD, MSW; Commissioner/Public Member; Former President & CEO, Council on Social Work Education (Retired)
	Louise Fincher, EdD, ATC, FNAP; Commissioner, Senior Vice President; Dean and Professor, School of Health Sciences, Emory & Henry College
	Carlitta M. Moore, Ed.D, LAT, ATC; Commissioner; Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion for the College of Nursing and Health Professions; Clinical Education Coordinator/Assistant Professor for the Master of Athletic Training Program, Arkansas State University
	Jeri E. Zemke PhD, LAT, ATC; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility & Leadership Development Chair/Commissioner; Clinical Education Coordinator, The University of Alabama
