	Lee University	TN	Self-Reported Violation of Standard 41 Program faculty numbers are sufficient to meet the needs of the athletic training program and must include a minimum of three core faculty.  Due to an institutional hiring freeze at Lee University which took place in the 2021-2023 academic years, the MSAT program was denied the hiring of a third full-time faculty member and is therefore non-compliant with standard 41. The MSAT administration and its dean is confident the hiring freeze will be lifted in 2024 and the MSAT will be granted permission to pursue a third faculty member.
